We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated and well-connected professionals to join our dedicated team at Spence Club.
If you have considered joining a board and want to be part of an organisation that champions and supports professional women in South Australia, now is the time to apply. We are seeking to fill multiple positions on our Board of Directors and we also have roles available for volunteers.

These positions will be voted on by Spence Club members ahead of the online AGM, which will be held on MS Teams at 5:30pm on Wednesday 15 October 2025. (Registrations for the AGM will open after Monday 29 September when Board Member voting opens). Successful applicants will be notified prior to the AGM.
The Board is interested in receiving applications from a diverse range of professional women, particularly those with skills/experience in any of the following: events, communications, marketing, memberships, sponsorships/partnerships, law, policy, HR, IT and/or project management. Terms are for two (2) years with successful applicants able to serve a maximum of three (3) terms (six (6) years).

Please note that the Spence Club Board of Directors is a working board. We need people willing to roll up their sleeves and provide hands-on, operational support as well as advisory and governance support. It's a rich and highly rewarding experience - both personally and professionally.
